Returns & Exchanges

🔄 Return Eligibility

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging.

  • You must initiate the return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or invoice) is required.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Used or opened personal care items

  • Customized or made-to-order products


🔁 Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

To process your claim quickly, we may request photos of the item and packaging.


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error


📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
